However, like any other parent, it can also come with some criticism. Over the weekend, Johnson secretly recorded herself while Carter was driving, a video that garnered over a million views.
It seemed like things were going smoothly, but Johnson wasn’t too pleased with her daughter’s driving, writing on the Instagram video caption, “I can’t ride with her. She drives like a crazy person. I have to push my own brakes and sh–.”
Johnson showed herself giving the side-eye before panning the camera to Carter. Then she mimed pressing brakes on her side of the vehicle.
“Man…. this is why I don’t like riding with @colormenae 😩,” she also captioned the Instagram post.
Fans reacted to her video with humor, understanding how the mother of two was feeling.
“Mannnnn😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I be smashing my breaks with my daughter so badddddd 😂😂.”
“I know that feeling all too well 🙈.”
“😭😭 You can see the anxiety 😩😩.”
“Exactly why I don’t passenger ride.. I be pressing the hell out of that imaginary break 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.”
“At least you not yelling and screaming like my moms 🤣🤣🤣🤣,” one fan applauded Toya.
“I think all parents hate riding with their young adult kids 🤣🤣.”
Johnson isn’t only attached at the hip to Carter, whom she had with rapper Lil Wayne. While the two are often mistaken as twins or sisters, Johnson is just as close to her younger daughter, 2-year-old Reign Rushing, whom she had with fiancé Robert “Red” Rushing.
Johnson was caught twinning with her other lookalike earlier in the week while spending mother-daughter time in a park.
The two sported black sweaters with multi-colored sleeves, blue jeans, black boots, red crossbody purses, and half-up, half-down hairstyles.
Fans gushed over Johnson and Reign, and the shots received over 150,000 likes from social media users.
