‘You Got the Look’: Angela Simmons Is Black and White and Fine All Over In Dazzling New Post

Angela Simmons‘ fans were enchanted by the “Growing Up Hip Hop” star’s new look on Monday after she uploaded pictures of herself sporting a checked pea coat and black pants.

In the Nov. 2 post captioned “Working Mama,” the reality star shows off a glam shot of herself standing with one hand on her hip while arching one of her legs to showcase her killer physique. Her voluptuous cleavage and shapely thighs were on full display as she glared into the camera.

For accessories, Angela kept it simple by only wearing hooped earrings. As for makeup, the television personality wore her signature neutral look but amplified it with a smoky eye, false lashes, and a red lip. The whole ensemble was finished off with a side-parted wavy hairdo and black heels. Many fans shared their admiration of Angela’s beaming beauty.

“I like it when you look classy.”

“You got The Look.”

“Yes ma’am killin it 🔥🔥🔥🔥.”

“Gorgeous Angela’s Simmons 😍.”

“Looking fabulous 😍.”

Throughout this year, the 33-year-old has not been afraid to make bold fashion statements while keeping it sophisticated in black-and-white or all-black gear. Last month Angela wore a zebra-print form-fitting ensemble that hugged every single curve, highlighting her buxom cleavage and plump backside. The mother of one complemented the outfit with her silver rings, her diamond stud earrings, and her Christian Louboutin red-bottom heels. She captioned the Oct. 17 pic that racked up over 166,000 likes “It’s the prints for me 🦓.”

In May she was feeling herself as she shared a stream of photos with provocative poses in an all-black, long-sleeved two-piece ensemble that she capped with hooped earrings and red high-heeled pumps. Her lustrous curls fell to her shoulders in the shot, and she punctuated the post with “In the house with it 🥰 ” as the caption for the May 15 image.

Still independent.

We hope this story was worth your time. For over 14 years, Atlanta Black Star has stayed Black-owned and independently run. We didn't get here by waiting on ad budgets that were never built to prioritize us. Our readers did that.

Corporate support for Black media has always been thin. Outlets like ours get roughly 1% of the $170 billion spent on U.S. advertising each year, and that margin is shrinking further as advertisers walk back the DEI-linked commitments they made in 2020. That's the backdrop. It's not why we're asking.

The wider picture isn't any steadier. Newspaper ad revenue has fallen more than 80% since 2005, and local newsrooms are closing at a rate of roughly two a week nationwide. When outlets go under, it's rarely the ones built to center a Black perspective from the ground up that get to stick around.

We know a request for support isn't why you came here. But without readers choosing to fund this work directly, the depth of reporting we can do at home and abroad shrinks along with everyone else's. If you're not in a position to give, that doesn't change how much we value you as a reader.

If you are able to, a recurring contribution does more for us than a single one-time gift, because it lets us plan the next investigation instead of just the next invoice. It takes about 30 seconds, no long form, no account. Thank you for continuing to support independent journalism and freedom of the press.
