It doesn’t look like Karen Huger and her fellow “The Real Housewives of Potomac” cast mate Dr. Wendy Osefo will be ending their simmering feud anytime soon.
On Sunday, Oct. 26, Karen took to her Instagram page with a clip from a recent episode of the reality show. Wendy dropped in her two cents during a conversation between Karen and cast mate Candiace Dillard.
During a women’s empowerment event thrown by Wendy, Candiace pulled Karen aside and expressed that she wanted the self-proclaimed grande dame to say that she understood that Monique Samuels was wrong for her actions that resulted in fisticuffs between Candiace and Monique. Seconds later, the camera pans over to Wendy, who had left her event upstairs to check in on the two women.
Karen then tells Candiace, “You want me to choose a side and to totally abandon Monique, and I’m not going to do that for you.” Wendy interjected and told Karen she was blindly siding with Monique. She also told Karen that none of the ladies asked her to choose a side but instead they wanted her to hold Monique accountable for her actions. However, what Karen’s clip didn’t show was her telling Wendy that her statement was ignorant and that she should know her place — a comment the political correspondent didn’t take too well.
“Look at this Lady injecting herself into the conversation between Candiace and I,” Karen captioned the video. “Unsolicited, unnecessary and desperate. Sweetie good bye 😘 #rhop @bravotv.”
Karen’s supporters echoed her sentiments, including one fan who wrote, “Agreed. I really don’t like Wendy.” They added, “She acts as tho she’s been on the show for many seasons. She needs to calm tf down and I really hope she doesn’t return next season.”
Another person commented, “She told Monique that she was wrong!!! What they want is for a Karen to turn against Monique. That’s ridiculous. Stand your ground Karen…”
While a third person wrote, “Don’t care for Wendy, haven’t since the minute she stepped on the scene. She be doing too much for no reason. Wendy don’t belong on the show. She needs to go back to being a professor, commentator or whatever she does.. this ain’t for her.”
“Why is everyone act like you didn’t already tell your friend she was wrong for the part she played? Sheesh,” a fourth fan expressed.
