‘I See You Med School’: Tia Mowry Stuns Fans With New Look

Actress Tia Mowry captivated her fans’ attention over the weekend when she shared an Instagram post of herself in a sleeveless black dress with a high diagonal slit.

Tia posted the jaw-dropping photo Sunday, Oct. 4, with the caption “Give me the night 🌑.” The apparent reference to rapper Chelley’s 2009 release “Took the Night” did not go unnoticed by one fan, who commented by quoting some of the lyrics: “My hair done right and my dress real tight All eyes on me cuz I took the night.”

The actress liked the fan’s comment next to her shot of an evening look consisting of the dramatic dress, white leather high-heeled boots, and accessories of gold bracelets, a gold necklace, and hooped earrings. As for makeup, the mother of two went with a neutral look with a winged eyeliner. Tia completed the outfit with her side-parted, straight black mid-length hair.

While many fans gushed over the 42-year-old’s new look, several of them referenced two of her hit shows.

“Okkkkkkkkkkk Now🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥.”

“She looks so good 😍😍😍.”

“I see you, Med School ❤️😍.”

“Girl Melanie still fine lol.”

“A Lisa Landry Original!”

“Med school” and “girl Melanie” were just a few of the nicknames Tia’s character Melanie Barnett was called on the TV show “The Game,” which ran from 2006 to 2012. The CW TV show regained popularity after it premiered on Netflix in August, and Tia thanked fans for their support after it reached the top 10 shows to watch.

#fbf Thank you so much for the love that I’ve been receiving about #thegame on @netflix! You’ve put this show in the top #10! That’s insane after all these years! Melanie Barnett has been one of my favorite characters to play and I’m forever grateful to have been on such a great show! ❤️💕 #melaniebarnett,” she shared.

“Sister, Sister” also hit Netflix and became one of the platform’s most streamed shows according to a post shared by the actress.
