50 Cent‘s 7-year-old son Sire Jackson is growing up so fast! On Saturday, Aug. 15, the 45-year-old rapper took to Instagram, where he shared two photos of his baby boy and suggested in his caption that Sire has facial hair.
Captured from the side, one image shows Sire sipping on a cool drink from McDonald’s, while wearing a white long-sleeved shirt with khaki pants. The young model wore a black mask underneath his chin and his natural curls were styled to perfection. The G-unit mogul wrote in his caption: “👀is that a little mustache coming in 🤦♂️ this kid growing fast.”
Almost instantly, people gravitated toward the photo and expressed the idea that Sire was growing before their eyes. One user wrote underneath the image, “He stretching out too! Time is just flying by🔥,” followed by someone else who mentioned, “I mean…. boy done hit a growth spurt overnight..💪🏾the world is yours.” A third user said: “Omg 👀 looks like it 😳🤭🤣.” But another person commented on 50 Cent’s estranged relationship with his oldest son Marquise Jackson, asking: “Yo where is your older son? You know the one who looks IDENTICAL to you?? Just curious.”
50 Cent and Marquise have had a rocky relationship for nearly two years. The New York native revealed in a May interview with XXL magazine reporter Van Lathan that he felt his success tarnished his relationship with Marquise. He claimed that Marquise’s mother Shaniqua Tompkins changed once he got famous, explaining that she felt a sense of entitlement and transmitted that energy to their son. 50 Cent then went on to suggest that his firstborn son would leave events as soon as he saw the “In da Club” artist come through the door.
On the other hand, 50 Cent has a great co-parenting relationship with Sire’s mother, Daphne Joy. The executive producer of “Power” and the model dated back in 2011, and Daphne gave birth to their son in 2012.
50 Cent has moved on since their split. He is currently in a relationship with model Jamira “Cuban Link” Hainre.
