‘Always Been It’: La La Anthony Shows Off Her Fabulous Body In Sexy One-Piece Bikini

If anyone knows how to rock a sexy bikini, it’s La La Anthony. The 39-year-old “Power” actress showed off her extremely toned body in a photo she posted to Instagram on Tuesday, Aug. 18.

La La slipped into a mottled purple-and-white monokini that had a cheeky thong as the bikini bottom. The gorgeous mama of one sported a low-cut halter top neckline, making her cleavage the center of attention. Her wet hair was styled to perfection and flowed down her back as her laid and slayed edges complemented her face.

La La went for a natural makeup look, including a fierce gold smokey eye with clear lip gloss. She topped off her radiant appearance with a silver bracelet and a mini purple satchel bag. “This ain’t like you…this that new you🤪,” she wrote in her caption.

La La’s bikini photo garnered over 350,000 likes and some 3,000 comments from fans and her friends obsessing over her figure. Khloé Kardashian wrote two messages under the post that read: “Ok I just fainted 💜💜💜” and “We are not worthy.” Another person gushed, “🙌🏾💜Here she go again with that 🔥🙌🏾,” followed by somebody else who mentioned, “Always been it✨.”

The New York native seems to be in the best shape of her life, but her fit physique didn’t come without exercise and eating healthy. Aside from working out at the state-of-the-art gym The Dogpound, La La follows a rigorous meal plan.

“With looking right, it’s mostly about your eating,” she said in a 2017 interview with Hollywood Life. “And I feel like a lot of us struggle with that. I’m trying to stay consistent in making better choices when it comes to food. I can’t say I’m always great at it, but I try to keep that in mind. You can’t work your ass off in the gym and then just throw it all away by eating horrible.”

La La broke down her diet for the outlet, sharing that she starts her morning with a protein shake and eats a piece of fish or chicken with vegetables for lunch and dinner. The television personality explained that she believes in balance and revealed she treats herself to a Nestle Crunch every once in awhile.
