Berry’s gorgeous looks and jaw-dropping hourglass curves had fans and peers chatting up a storm in the comments section.

In an essay written for Women’s Health back in May 2020, the “Kidnapped” star spilled the details on her exercise routine, revealing that she focuses on full-body workouts with her trainer, Peter Lee Thomas. “I’m hitting all of my muscles at once, abs included. And guess what? My core is just as toned and strong as ever,” Berry wrote.
The actress also explained that “every training session is different,” for her, but she walks away “satisfied, knowing that I not only worked my core hard but the rest of my muscles, too.” Berry revealed that even some of her quickest workouts still get the job done. “If anything, I’ve learned that a 20-minute workout can totally knock you on your butt,” the actress said. “In fact, they’re often even harder than longer ones.
