Tammy Rivera‘ daughter Charlie is growing up right before our eyes, and proud papa Waka Flocka was right there with his ladies to help celebrate the now-15-year-old’s transition from childhood to womanhood.
The Malphurs’ threw their daughter an extravagant Beauty and the Beast-themed quinceañera in celebration of her 15th birthday on July 5. Tammy and Charlie’s Nicaraguan roots were front and center during the festivities, which included some gown changes, Charlie performing the Palo de Mayo (a traditional Afro-Caribbean dance), and a very sweet father-daughter dance to Camila Cabello’s “First Man.”
Tammy shared a few images and videos from the special evening on social media, captioning the post, “The Most beautiful Quinceañera I’ve ever seen @tammiesangel … Can’t believe you are 15!”
The “Waka & Tammy” star’s famous friends couldn’t get over how grown-up Charlie looked and blew her mom up with comments about the beautiful ceremony and star of the show.
Toya Johnson commented, “Beautiful ❤️.”
“She killed it😻 HBD Charlie,” wrote Tiny Harris.
Fans also thought both the party and birthday girl were stunning.
“It was everything!!!” a fan exclaimed. “Charlie killed that dance btw lol I was like “wait, I’m not ready 😩😩” but y’all outdid yourselves and I’m proud of you for only crying once 😂 it was soooo beautiful ❤️”
“JESUSSSSSS! I need tissue and lash Glue! damn yallll😍😍😍😍😘,” a second gushed.
“Charlie was playing no games last night!” complimented a third.
“The video of baby girl and waka took me out instantly 😭😭,” a fourth emotional fan wrote.
While Charlie and Waka definitely share a tight bond, the rapper previously told The Source that she doesn’t like it when people make a fuss over her famous stepfather.
“When her friends are like, ‘Oh my gosh, your father’s Waka Flocka Flame,’ she’ll be like, ‘Calm down!’ She hates s–t like that,” he said. “She’s not with that being all excited ‘cause you’re around people [stuff]. I guess she probably picked that up from me. I ain’t never say, ‘Don’t do this. Don’t do that.’ She’s just seen how I’m movin’. I thank God for my daughter!”
Born July 1, 2005, Charlie Rivera is the only daughter of Tammy and Waka Flocka. Rivera was previously married to Charlie’s biological father Brian Williams, but Waka has been an active father figure in Charlie’s life since she was 4 years old.
