The “Pressed” boutique owner recently opened up to Footwear News about the current pandemic affecting business owners.

“It’s sad, it’s disappointing and it’s devastating,” said Frost.

Like many brick-and-mortar retail owners, Frost was forced to shut down her Atlanta and Houston Pressed boutique locations due to the pandemic. Luckily for the serial entrepreneur, she adopted e-commerce earlier on.

“What a lot of people don’t know is that I’ve been online for over 10 years now. Previously, my online store was called I’m Bossy. Then I changed the name over to Pressed,” Frost explained. “So we’ve always been popping that way — we’ve just picked it up a little bit. We’re still getting a lot of people ordering and supporting us — but it’s nothing like the physical locations. We miss our customers.”

Frost owns several businesses including her two clothing stores, Poiz Cosmetics, Rasheeda Fit and Frost Bistro. She also is a veteran on VH1 series “LHHATL,” which she joined in 2012.
