It looks like Phaedra Parks’ 9-year-old son Ayden Nida is the spitting image of his father Apollo Nida, according to fans.
The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alumna posted an current picture of her eldest son to Instagram on Monday, April 20, as he posed near their front door, looking outside. Parks poked fun at her son in her caption, writing, “If “I’ll be waiting at the door was a person” my #Prince is #ready to #go #anywhere #outside 😩#stayhome #staysafe #stayhealthy”
A few fans were amazed by how much Ayden had grown over the years.
“Hes growing up so fast!! Such a handsome, respectful and intelligent young man,” one fan wrote.
A second added, “Wow Ms. Parks time sure do fly . I remember from birth to walking into a toddler. You are doing a great job as a mother.”
Someone else commented, “🙌wow Phaedra you have done well….Prince all grown no words actually.”
Others were shocked by how much he resembled his father Apollo.
“His growing up faster looking like his dad.”
“Sorry pha he looks just like his daddy but we all know he will be the best young man because your his mom @phaedraparks”
“He looks exactly like Apollo here‼️ @phaedraparks. Omg he’s so big now & just as handsome as he wanna be!”
Parks and Apollo divorced in 2017 amid the father of two’s eight-year prison sentence for bank fraud and identity theft.
The Atlanta attorney was raising her sons as a single mother since 2014 when Apollo was first imprisoned. After Apollo was released last summer, he claimed Parks was keeping him from seeing their children.
“DON’T WORRY ! We will be together soon, No matter what, she can’t keep us apart. The fight will not stop to be a good DAD!!! There’s not a day that goes by I don’t think of the 2 of u. LOVE AND MISS YA SO MUCH.#dayonedad #alwaysbeenthere #fathershaverightstoo,” Apollo wrote in an Instagram post last August.
The former couple apparently placed their differences aside and worked out a co-parenting relationship. Apollo spent time with Ayden, 9, and Dylan 6, around this past Christmas. He gushed over the moment with his boys and wrote in a December post, “I love these two amazingly smart young men. Life is only going to get better for US.”
