The current condition of Tamar Braxton‘s toes has hit home for a lot of her fans. When the R&B singer posted a photo of her “tore up” feet on social media, she didn’t receive the dragging one would expect.
Instead, when Braxton uploaded a picture of her chipped big toe and cuticle growth to Instagram, fans empathized and were quick to share their own social distancing beauty struggle stories.
“I have hit an all time low😔 and my hair too Jesus…,” captioned the “Love and War” singer. “I haven’t been this tore up since..🧐… I ain’t NEVER been this tore up and so raggedy. 🤦🏽♀️ but We are virus free so I’m thankful 🙏🏼😩 … but Lord, why I gotta look so bad in front of this man??😩😩😔.. & we just got another month added. I just can’t 💔😂😂😂”
Tamar’s followers got a good laugh out of the post and let her know she’s not alone.
“😭😭 I’m scared to even show my toes,” admitted one fan.
“Just keep socks on… That’s what I’m doing 😅,” advised another.
“I just posted my struggle last night too, Tamar. we all raggedy, but blessed and safe,” a follower reminded.
“Same girl same,” agreed a commenter. “My nails raggedy,I’m so close to having a unibrow, and I braided my hair like Felicia from the movie “Friday” 😂 😩”
“My husband has been roasting my feet all quarantine 🤷🏽♀️ 🤣,” one fan revealed.
Even Queen Bey’s mother Ms. Tina Lawson chimed in, saying her toes are in a similar state. “I have the same toenail shape i call it the new corona shape 😂,” she joked.
In addition to trying to figure out a new beauty routine, Tamar has also been spending her self-isolation time homeschooling her six-year-old son Logan Herbert. The “Get Ya Life” star recently had fans cracking up thanks to a video that gave a peek into what she’s been dealing with during his extra time at home, next to which she wrote that she’ll “never complain about being bored again Jesus.”
