Cynthia Bailey may have gotten more than she bargained for on Monday, April 6. The longtime “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” cast member posted a video to Instagram of her exercising with her fiancé, television sportscaster Mike Hill. The reality star appears to be in great physical shape, but unfortunately she was unable to keep up with the exercises.
Bailey and Hill were in their backyard during their shelter-in-place workout. The wind was blowing in the background and the dynamic duo suited up in their black hoodies and hats. The video began with the couple lying in a plank position on the ground. The pair was seemingly watching a video for their at-home workout instructions. The online instructor warned her class that they were going to feel the burn and encouraged her students to move at their own pace.
The workout buddies were instructed to do 10 reps of plank jumping jacks. The Fox broadcaster completed his exercises, but Bailey looked tired and completely gave up on finishing her workouts. Fans were cracking up at the Alabama native for her failed attempt at trying to keep up with her fiancé.
“Sis said I AM CONFUSED 😩 I’ll just watch 🧐😂,” a user wrote.
“She said “at your own pace.” It seems like Cynthia follows good directions😂,” a second fan jokingly wrote.
A third user virtually cried, “Omg Cynthia! I’m dying🤣🤣🤣.”
“Mike didn’t have to go in like that from the very beginning 🤣🤣. He could have started out easy,” a fourth fan commented.
A fifth user said, “Dem knees stayed on that ground😂😭.”
“At least you tried 😂😂,” a sixth encouraged.
“@cynthiabailey10 first of all. You naturally aren’t coordinated. 🤷🏽♀️ love you though😂😂😂,” said a seventh.
The 53-year-old model struggled during her exercise routine with Hill, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t know how to take care of her body. Bailey shared in an interview with People that she eats under 1,800 calories a day to maintain her healthy physique. She also shared that she gives in to her food cravings. “I don’t deprive myself of anything that I have a craving for because I won’t stop thinking about it until I eat it already, and move on,” she said. Bailey rose to fame as a supermodel in the ’80s, so her revelation of eating carbs came as a surprise to fans.
