‘Where Orlando Shipped You Off To?’: Draya Michele’s Fitness Video Derails When Her Ex Orlando Is Mentioned In The Comments

Even when quarantined to her home, Draya Michele is making sure to work up a sweat.

The model and swimwear designer gave fans a glimpse at her workout in a sped-up video that has folks wondering if she could slow it down just a smidgen so they can see exactly what she is doing and what her curves are about.

Decked out in a pair of matching Ethika shorts and sports bras set, the 35-year-old Michele is quickly seen going through a series of moves including lunges, jumping rope and squats in her open garage.

“Can we get a slower video 😒,” commented one person.

“lol dammit woman slow down..I gotta workout watching you 💯😂😂”

Another person echoed the same sentiment with, “Slow it down lol i wanna see what you doing 🙌🏿”

“Damn…that’s what I call a workout ..Boom🔥😂”

“Gahhdamn you fine!,” wrote another, who was able to take in the petite stunner’s figure.

Even with folks repeatedly watching the video to swoon over the “Fine Ass Girls” clothing brand designer, at least one person couldn’t help but to bring up her ex, Orlando Scandrick.

“Chile where Orlando shipped you off to??,” wrote a person likely taking note of the many boxes in Michele’s garage.

In December, the former “Basketball Wives” cast member confirmed she and her long-time boo had parted for what may be the last time. Fans suspected things were anything but paradise between the two, who were also engaged and share son Jru, when the former football player no longer made appearances on her social.

Since making her single status known, the mother of two — she also has a teenage son named Kniko from a previous relationship — hasn’t missed a beat.

“Body goals🔥🔥🔥”

Still independent.

We hope this story was worth your time. For over 14 years, Atlanta Black Star has stayed Black-owned and independently run. We didn't get here by waiting on ad budgets that were never built to prioritize us. Our readers did that.

Corporate support for Black media has always been thin. Outlets like ours get roughly 1% of the $170 billion spent on U.S. advertising each year, and that margin is shrinking further as advertisers walk back the DEI-linked commitments they made in 2020. That's the backdrop. It's not why we're asking.

The wider picture isn't any steadier. Newspaper ad revenue has fallen more than 80% since 2005, and local newsrooms are closing at a rate of roughly two a week nationwide. When outlets go under, it's rarely the ones built to center a Black perspective from the ground up that get to stick around.

We know a request for support isn't why you came here. But without readers choosing to fund this work directly, the depth of reporting we can do at home and abroad shrinks along with everyone else's. If you're not in a position to give, that doesn't change how much we value you as a reader.

If you are able to, a recurring contribution does more for us than a single one-time gift, because it lets us plan the next investigation instead of just the next invoice. It takes about 30 seconds, no long form, no account. Thank you for continuing to support independent journalism and freedom of the press.
