Fans suspect Tamar Braxton has called it quits with her long-time boyfriend, David Adefeso. The R&B singer deleted all of her photos from her Instagram page and posted a lengthy message on her Twitter page.
The superstar took to Twitter and said, “If they don’t want you .there is no talking. No reasoning. Let it go and let God bring you the one who will be all that you need to except all of you. your flaws will not be your weakness but it will be your strength and attraction to the one that is meant to be in your life.”
The “All the Way Home” hitmaker posted the message to her followers just days after celebrating Valentine’s Day with Adefeso. Fans took to social media to express how they felt about her alleged break-up with financial businessman Adefeso.
One user said, “Its just something about him that was off. I never liked him for her.🤷🏽♀️ Ijs.”
“The way she was dragging him around, I’m not surprised. She’s not officially divorced from Vince yet. There’s no man that will put up with Tamar’s bratty ways,” said another fan.
“I knew he wasn’t going to marry her💣💣💣,” a third user said.
A fourth user said, “Not surprised.”
On the Feb. 20 episode of Wendy Williams, the talk show host opened up to fans about reaching out to Braxton regarding the break-up rumors and not receiving a call back. Williams said, “I tried to call Tamar and get in touch with her. There was no call back. It’s still nothing. It’s been like 48 hours.”
The couple originally met two years ago at a mutual friend’s birthday party, and the pair have been inseparable ever since. Throughout the course of their relationship, the couple have been spotted traveling across the world on vacation. The “Braxton Family Values” superstar even traveled to Adefeso’s hometown in Nigeria to meet his family.
Braxton filed for divorce from music producer Vincent Herbert in 2017 after nine years of marriage and five seasons of their hit reality show “Tamar and Vince.” The divorce became finalized in 2019. The former couple welcomed their son Logan Herbert in 2013.
