‘Rev’s Twin’: Angela Simmons Fans Remind Her How Much She Looks Like Her Famous Dad

It seems Angela Simmons takes after her father Joseph “DJ Rev. Run” Simmons when it comes to her looks.

The “Growing Up Hip Hop” star showed off her beauty in a recent photo this week that reminded folks of how much she resembles her father. On Tuesday afternoon, Angela took to Instagram and uploaded a photo of herself looking more flawless than ever.

She rocked black leather pants and a black top overlaid by a baby blue chiffon blouse and complemented by thigh-high boots. Angela sported her hair in wavy tresses and opted for a high-glam makeup look, including a nude lip and a dramatic eye. Clearly feeling herself, she added in her caption, “2020 vibes ♥️💫”

Although many fans gawked over the “GUHH” star’s beauty, others remarked about her and Rev. Run’s apparent resemblance.

“Looks just like her Dad,” one person commented underneath her post.

A second person added, “She is rev’s twin.”

This isn’t the first time folks have remarked about Angela looking like Rev.

Last June, the 32-year-old mother posted a photo of herself, her now-3-year-old son Sutton Joseph Tennyson and her father hanging out together for Father’s Day. She dedicated a sweet post to her father, writing, “My Dad !! Not sure they make them any better than you Dad. Thanks for lifting me up always !! Sj’s PaPa !!! We love you Happy Father’s Day ♥️”

Folks were once again blown away by the Simmons family’s strong genes.

“You Rev Run and SJ are all twins,” a fan wrote at the time. “Gosh all three of you look exactly alike 😲! You and your pops have the same smile.”

Another added, “All three of y’all are triplets. Happy Father’s Day Rev Run he hasn’t aged a bit.”

It has been more than 10 years since Angela, her father and the rest of the Simmons family have appeared on their former MTV reality show “Run’s House.” The series showed Rev. Run’s life as a father and hip-hop legend. It first premiered in October 2005 and ended in July 2009.
