Despite Keyshia Cole finding love with boyfriend Niko “Khale” Hale, a few fans have made it clear they don’t support the pair’s relationship due to their 14 year age difference.
On Sunday evening, the “I Choose You” singer, 38, posted an adorable picture of Hale, 24, and their 3-month-old son Tobias Khale. In the photo, the “Looking at Me” hip-hop star held the infant in a standing position while gazing down at him.
Cole cherished the sweet moment between Hale and their son and added in her Instagram caption, “Look at my little Tobias !! Growing fast! Mommy loves you sooo much!!”
Several of the star’s five million followers gushed over her son adorableness.
“He is so cute and handsome 💙 aww what a sweet moment bless your family 🙂”
“Aww keesh. That baby is so darn cute. Omg ❤ he’s a perfect mix between you and @nikokhale.”
Other folks focused on Khale’s apparent boyish features.
“A baby holding a baby 👶🏽🤷🏽,” one fan commented. “He’s a kid! Almost 19 years young she his momma too! smh.”
“Awww her kids cute 😭,” another person added. “He looks younger than 24 she robbin the cradle 👀”
After receiving backlash for dating a younger man, Cole addressed social media users who clearly had a problem with her and Hale’s age difference in their relationship.
“Now the reason I’m posting The pepper to my salt @nikokhale is because he’s been such a sweetheart to me, and I kno people have been very judgmental about our relationship but I gotta nurture what nurtures me,” Cole wrote in a now-deleted post last March, defending her relationship.
Despite how anyone may feel, the couple are still going strong and clearly excited about being new parents.
Last week, Cole shared photos of baby Tobias to public after keeping his face hidden from public view for last the three months. In a post of never-before-seen photos of the infant, the mother of two gushed over her and Hale’s newest addition to their family, writing, “@tobiaskhale is the sweetest baby, OMG. He’s such a little blessing, and I’m completely in love with him!”
Cole is also the mother of 10-year-old son Daniel Gibson Jr., whom she shares with estranged husband and former Cleveland Cavaliers player Daniel “Booby” Gibson.
