After going months without addressing any drama surrounding himself, the mother of his children Apryl Jones and his B2K band-member Lil Fizz, Omarion Grandberry finally gave his take on his ex hooking up with one of his childhood friends.
The “Ice Box” singer sat down with Vlad TV this past week and was asked about Jones pursuing a romantic relationship with Jones. Already being deemed “the goat” for his silence, Grandberry won fans even further after he urged the couple to do whatever makes them “happy.”
“I don’t feel no ways, I don’t feel any way about it,” said the lead singer of B2K, 35. “I think that if they’re happy, then they should be happy. I think they should change the narrative, though.”
“She’s still the mother of my children,” Grandberry continued. “When something affects her, it affects my kids, and that affects me. But what she does is, you know, live your life! I think people should do whatever makes them happy.”
The father of two suggested for Jones and Fizz to keep him out of their relationship narrative and said, “If it’s their so called happiness then I shouldn’t be a part of that.” Grandberry agreed that he and Fizz have a “working relationship,” but didn’t confirm if whether the two were still “friends.”
Jones and Fizz’s relationship played out on the current season of “LHHH” and the couple incited a wave of backlash. Although, Fizz’s ex-girlfriend Moniece Slaughter had a mouthful to say about the pair dating, Grandberry decided to keep silent throughout the entire drama.
Social media users caught wind of the the “Touch” singer’s recent interview and continued to praise him for his “unbothered” attitude.
