What once seemed like a possible fairy-tale ending between Angela Simmons and Romeo Miller, is now a quarrel between the two friends.
For years, “Growing Up Hip Hop” viewers hoped Simmons and the “Rich Boyz” rapper would make things official after they both confessed to having feelings for each other at one point In time. Well, it seems the dynamic between the pair has shifted and they appear to be at odds.
On Tuesday, Simmons took to Instagram and posted a trailer for the upcoming season of “GUHH,” which premieres on Dec. 5. The clip showed Simmons and Miller getting into an explosive argument at an event and then panned to a scene of her possibly entertaining the thought of dating rapper Bow Wow.
The trailer also showed Simmons bawling tears while talking to a friend of hers, and fans assumed she was crying over her mangled relationship with Miller. One fan even commented on the 32-year-old star’s post, “🙄 now u cry over the man once he stop being head over hills for u. I love bow, but why would you choose bow over him? we were all rooting for you and rom now look what you did 😩😂😂.”
A clearly upset Simmons hit back at fans and assured that the scene of her crying had nothing to do with her now foe Miller.

Last year, Miller and Simmons apparently entertained the idea of a romantic relationship with each other, according to Page Six. Their supposed romance was put to a halt when Simmons received the news her ex-fiance Sutton Tennyson was tragically killed in November 2018.
“We’re good friends and we got good chemistry, but I am also about respect,” the 30-year-old former child star said at the time. “She lost somebody, and she definitely got to grieve. … I am not a dude to take advantage of that. … That is one of my good friends. I think people just want to see people like that together in general. But you can’t rush that — whatever happens, happens.”
“GUHH” viewers and Simmons fans are, however, still rooting for the pair to romantically get together.
