‘Is the Baby OK?’: Safaree Samuels Fans Express Concern After Wife Erica Mena Takes a Nasty Fall

Love and Hip Hop: New York” star Safaree Samuels left fans in hysteria this week after he posted a clip of his wife Erica Mena in a wheelchair with a sprained ankle.

The father-to-be claimed he and his wife were walking down a street in the Big Apple when she apparently stepped in a pothole, fell and injured her ankle. He uploaded a video of the 32-year-old model bundled up in a fur coat with her sunglasses on as she was being pushed around the hospital in a wheelchair.

“My wife fell and sprained her ankle last night on a bum ass New York City hole in the street… I’m so mad,” Samuels wrote on Instagram, Nov. 13. He even joked about taking the issue up with President Donald Trump, adding, “We should sue the city or trump! but at least she looks fabulous.”

Fans of the couple were instantly concerned over Mena and their unborn child’s well-being.

Mena hopped into Samuels comment section and assured fans she was wearing “flat boots” at the time of the incident. She also seemingly confirmed their unborn daughter was OK after posting a Instagram story of Samuels and his friend carrying her down a staircase on late Wednesday evening. She added the caption, “When you’re pregnant and sprained your ankle 😩.”

The “LHHNY” actor’s post comes days after his wife revealed they don’t plan on vaccinating their baby once she’s born. She claimed vaccinations were “poison that parents are being forced to put in their babies.”

On Sunday, Mena, shared a post asking friends and family members to “make sure they do not have booster shots before they visit” their little one. She also shared a meme that read, “Love them, protect them, never inject them.”

Samuels and Mena announced they were expecting on October 1. Their unborn daughter will be Samuels’ first child. Mena is the mother of 12-year-old King Conde.
