Phaedra Parks knows how to make her fans sweat — and she does so in the best way possible.
The former star of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” posed in a long-sleeved color block-printed dress that hit above the knees, which showed off Parks’ muscled legs. She completed the look with high-heeled sandals.

Another thing that looks good on Parks is love. The Atlanta-based attorney has been going strong with actor Medina Islam for the past several months. After initially being spotted holding hands and cozying up together at a California lunch date this summer, the pair has taken things to the next level by going Instagram official.
The social media moment came from Parks first. In recognition of the former “The Haves and Have Nots” actor’s birthday, Parks posted a photo of him holding her to her Instagram page in September.
“Happy Birthday @medinadidit 🎂” Parks said, shouting out her 36-year-old boyfriend.
The moment confused fans who apparently missed that her relationship with Tone Kapone had ended, which she discussed with The Daily Mail in July.

Parks told the British tabloid that she and Chicago-based radio and TV personality Kapone “didn’t quite work out.”
“I found another guy that’s more suitable for me and I’m quite excited and happy about him, ” Parks said of Islam without naming him. “He’s very smart, very intelligent. He’s kind, we are both socially active. He’s really sober and smart. He’s a great father. So I’m excited about it.”
