It seems “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Rasheeda Frost may be drinking from the fountain of youth.
The 37-year-old television turned back the hands of time with her beaming appearance on social media this week and left fans stumped. She took to Instagram on Wednesday afternoon and uploaded a side-by-side photo of herself rocking her natural hair and a simple makeup look.
In the post, Frost showed off her curly tresses in a bun and a side ponytail and asked fans which hairstyle they preferred to sport.
“Natural Hair Vibes!! Which do you like big bun or slick back pony??” she asked.
While some fans gaped over the mother of two’s “beautiful” hair, others commented on how she doesn’t look a day over 30-years-old.
“Like a angel…๐ฅ Rasheeda you look like you could be 25… So gorgeous”
“Rasheeda I Just appreciate your Swag, Queen! ๐ Just so naturally beautiful ๐ค๐พ๐ฅ .cos you a LADY BOSS !”
“Both style…you look sooooo young i love how beautiful you are. Many blessings to YOU๐”
“What fountain of youth she drinking from?? Sis look like she could be my age. Love you @rasheeda ๐๐!”
A huge part of Frost’s youthful guise is her daily skincare routine.
Speaking with Footwear News in June 2017, the “LHHATL” actress dished on her skin regime, stating that natural products like African soap and cocoa butter is what helps her obtain a youthful appearance.
“I wash my face with black soap every day,” she said. “I put cocoa butter on my face every single day. On a day when I donโt have to get glammed up โ itโs just a little bit of [Mac] NC 45 [foundation], some lashes and maybe fill in my eyebrows, depending on how Iโm feeling, and some gloss.”
As for her natural mane, Frost usually wears it in protective styles with wigs and weaves. Her hair falls below her bra strap, but her hair goal is to achieve waist-length tresses.
“So right now my hair is below my bra strap [but] my goal is waist length… give me about 12 months Iโll be there!” she exclaimed in an Instagram video from last year. “Till then โbout to braid it up back to my wigs!”
