Boob Jobs, Rhinoplasties, Oh My!: 5 ‘RHOA’ Cast Members Who Have Admitted to Getting Cosmetic Surgery

In the more than 10 years that “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” has been on the air, some of the stars have undergone some varying transformations. Below are five current and former peach holders who have dared to take on some plastic surgery.

Kandi Burruss

Perhaps one of the rare reality stars to have avoided a nip and tuck, Kandi Burruss finally “joined the club” and got a breast augmentation. “I decided to pump them up,” she said at the season 10 “RHOA” reunion. “So I was like, ‘I’m gonna take these from sleek to on fleek.’ You know what I mean?”

Cynthia Bailey

Cynthia Bailey has denied reports she got a nose job, saying in a 2013 tweet that it was “God-given.” But she has confessed to getting breast implants after giving birth to daughter Noelle Robinson in 1999. “I filled up the air in the tires with mine,” she admitted on “Watch What Happens Live” in 2012. “They’re cute, no one really knows I’ve had a boob job.”

Shereé Whitfield

Former peach holder Shereé Whitfield has never stated whether or not she’s gone under the knife, but her ex-husband Bob Whitfield alleged she had. “She didn’t have that nose; I put that nose on her! She didn’t have them breasts, I put them breasts on her,” Radar Online reported he said on the Nigel and Marco radio show in 2009.

Porsha Williams

A slim woman during her initial seasons on the show, Porsha Williams enhanced her breasts following her divorce from Kordell Stewart in 2014. “What’s wrong with a little more of me to love? I finally got my twins. I introduce you to CoCo & Chanel,” she told OK! Magazine. Williams also got a nose job sans surgery in 2016 thanks to fillers that evened out her bridge.

Nene Leakes

Nene Leakes is perhaps the most open about her plastic surgery. The star has admitted to having at least two nose jobs and a breast augmentation. “I only had my nostrils taken in on the side the very first time, and then this time, I had more cartilage moved around in my nose,” she said on “Watch What Happens Live” in 2016. Leakes also admitted on “The Wendy Williams Show” in September 2019 that she’d get another breast job but “keep my implants and just move my tissue around.” And while she ruled out getting a facelift or butt implants, she said she’d “tweak” her nose again.
