It looks “Black Ink Crew” boss Ceaser Emanuel is under fire for seemingly “kicking” his employee while she was down.
Tati, Emanuel’s HR manager, is currently undergoing several legal woes on this season of “Black Ink,” and her boss isn’t making it any easier. She apparently was arrested for drug possession a few episodes ago after New York police found drugs in the car. While it’s unclear what type of narcotics were in her vehicle, her charge was enough to possibly land her in prison, according to her attorney.
According to the “Black Ink” star, she and her friends were pulled over by the police after apparently leaving an event. She claimed she didn’t own the drugs that were in her vehicle at the time of her arrest. However, during the October. 9 episode, Tati revealed that she failed her court-ordered drug test after it was moved up to an earlier date. She broke down in tears to her co-worker Miss Kitty and explained that she could be looking at serious time behind bars.
“I swear if they hadn’t moved up this drug test I would’ve passed,” she said in her confessional. “I was following the rules until they changed the rules.” She told Kitty, “I feel so lost.”
The emotional episode was shared to the “Black Ink’s” page official Instagram. While several viewers offered Tati their sympathy, her boss Emanuel thought it was hilarious and commented three laughing emojis. The shop owner was instantly slammed.
“You cold 😔😔. That’s why your onion head ass in trouble now.”
“Just petty! Ceaser and his b–ch ass cousin is just EVIL. His laughter will turn into tears for him real soon.”

It’s unknown why Emanuel laughed at Tati’s legal problems, but Tati used to date his cousin Teddy Ruks, whom she’s currently on bad terms with. As for Emanuel, he’s currently undergoing his own legal woes.
