‘She Finally Met Her Match’: Evelyn Lozada Accused of Playing Victim Amid Reports She’s Mulling a Restraining Order Against Co-Star OG

Basketball Wives” star Evelyn Lozada is reportedly considering taking out an order of protection against castmate Ogom “O.G.” Chijindu after the co-star’s alleged meltdown at last week’s reunion show taping, according to an exclusive report by The Blast.

Sources told the outlet that OG, a newcomer on the show, flew into a rage after realizing she wouldn’t be featured on the main stage with castmates Shaunie O’Neal, Jackie Christie, Malaysia Pargo, Evelyn and others. This was by design, however; production had reportedly built two separate sets in an effort to keep the peace between cast members who had issues.

OG was remanded to a smaller stage with co-stars Tami Roman and CeCe Gutierrez — and she wasn’t happy about it. She allegedly threw a fit, cursed staff and refused to film, sources said. However, she eventually returned to set after realizing the show would go on with or without her.

Since then, OG has reportedly made Lozada, 43, the target of her rage. The social media posts against her co-star have been constant, some re-tweets even mentioning threats of violence

“For every action, there is a reaction,” OG tweeted Sept. 1. “If you talk shit about me, I will sizzle your soul … super simple.”

It’s not exactly clear who that tweet was meant for, but several of OG’s other posts mention Lozada and other castmates by name.

The barrage of insults/harassment was reportedly enough for Lozada, who sources said is concerned about OG’s “mental state,” to seek a restraining order against her, at the suggestion of her friends. Those in Lozada’s inner circle also said they’re “unsure why OG is so obsessed with her.”

News of the alleged restraining order has sparked plenty of reaction among fans, who’ve accused Lozada of playing victim.

“Evelyn ain’t shit,” one fan wrote on Instagram. “All the glass throwing, wine bottle chucking, and plant throwing…she now wants a restraining order? What a cornball.”

“If this ain’t SOME BULL 💩 iono what is!!!!,” another chimed in, adding: “She’s scared of OG but she billy tha badass with EVERYBODY ELSE 🤷🏽‍♀️.”

Another said it was clear Lozada was afraid because she “finally met her match, and you can”t handle it.”

“Evelyn was fucking with [OG] first and now wanna play victim 😑,” someone else wrote.

The news even drew a response from OG herself, who seemingly addressed Evelyn’s supposed legal action in a cryptic tweet.

“Abuse of the legal system is a very serious crime,” she tweeted Saturday. “Lying under the penalty of perjury is a felony. None should be taken lightly. Always tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.”

While we don’t know for sure if Lozada filed a restraining against OG, the “Nigerian Knockout” has backed a petition calling for the “Livin’ Lozada” star to be fired from Basketball Wives after supposed “racist remarks” against her.
