‘Killed That S–t’: Angela Simmons Applies Pressure and Stuns Fans in Exquisite Evening Dress

Growing Up Hip Hop” star Angela Simmons served as fashion inspiration this week to her many followers and fans.

The 31-year-old reality TV star attended designer Tadashi Shoji’s fashion show in Manhattan, New York, on Thursday night, and she looked every bit of fabulous. She wore a long-sleeved mustard-yellow velvet dress that cinched around her waist, complementing it with a pair of yellow floral pumps.

Simmons rocked a soft-glam makeup look, including a pink lipstick, and wore her hair in a sleek topknot bun. She captioned her photo on Instagram “T O P – K N O T đź’‹” as she posed in the middle of her doorway.

The 2-year-old apparently started school this week, and Simmons said via Instagram on Sept. 4, that she wished her ex-fiancé Sutton Tennyson, who was tragically slain in November 2018, was alive to see their son’s progress.

“I must say today is a bit emotional for me,” she wrote on her Instagram Story. “Really wishing his Dad could see his progress. And of course his big first day of school.” She added, “Finally got him to the point where he left and didn’t cry. My big boy!!!”

As for Simmons being looked at as a sex symbol, the television personality admitted years ago that she’s learned to get comfortable in her skin. She also attributed her recent bold posts to a dose of confidence.

“Confidence is key to life,” she wrote via Instagram in February. “When you have this ingredient … you do what you want. You can comfortably be in your own skin. There is nothing anyone can do or say to shake that.”
