‘U Even Look Good Sweating’: Angela Simmons Latest Workout Video Leaves Fans Drooling

It looks like “Growing Up Hip Hop” star Angela Simmons had all eyes on her after showing off her fitness abilities last week.

The apparent proud gym rat showed her six million followers what her challenging fitness routines looked like. She took to Instagram on Friday and shared a video of herself at PRX Studios gym in New Jersey. She was in a Nike T-shirt, blue spandex shorts, sneakers and a blue cap.

She was videotaped running on the treadmill, squatting, bicycling, doing abdominal crunches, boxing and more. Simmons implied in her social media caption that her fitness routine was just another normal intense day in the gym.

“Whew I’m beat lol @prxstudios @cliff_prx #BnB #builtnotbought … intense day 😩🏋🏽‍♀️,” she wrote.

Her following, however, were more focused on the celeb’s physical physique than the workout video.

“U even look good sweating 😍❤️ lookin like a meal in those shorts”

“That body looking like a track star 😍 real hot girl ish so beautiful👑Queen”

The 31-year-old mother initially began working out during her late teenage years as a way to conquer body image issues she suffered from.

“I had body issues,” she explained on “The Breakfast Club” during a June 2018 interview. “Growing up, I was concerned that I was fat. I was like, ‘I just feel fat.’ I always had that conversation. I would cry about it. And I would feel like everyone around me was smaller. I just didn’t get it.”

In another recent post, shared by Simmons, she indicated that working out was a form of self-care in between her mother duties. She wrote in an Instagram post from August 23, “Been working in between being mommy. Working out is my moment for me 💪🏽 it was tough . But got through it.”

She also attributes her bold posts to her healthy lifestyle change and confidence, something she’s clearly gained over the years.

“Confidence is key to life,” she wrote via Instagram in February. “When you have this ingredient … you do what you want. You can comfortably be in your own skin. There is nothing anyone can do or say to shake that.”
