‘Black Ink Crew’ Star Ceaser Emanuel Lands In More Legal Trouble After Cops Bust Him for Phony Driver’s License

Days before the season premiere of season 8 of “Black Ink Crew,Ceaser Emanuel has been arrested for driving with a phony driver’s license.

The boss of Black Ink Tattoo Studio in Harlem, New York wasn’t licensed to drive in the state and officers who pulled him over Friday promptly discovered why. Sources with local police told TMZ Saturday that Emanuel was stopped by police in New York City Aug. 10 when officers saw him run a red light and also fail to yield to pedestrians as he drove through a Brooklyn neighborhood.

Reportedly, the responding police swiftly called the reality TV star to a traffic stop and when they obtained his license, they saw that it wasn’t the real deal. Insiders told the celebrity gossip website that Emanuel, whose real name is David Emanuel, produced a license with the name “Emanuel Thomas.” On top of that, the driver’s date of birth was listed as being in June of 1971 but Emanuel was actually born 8 years later in 1979.

Along with the fake license, Emanuel did not provide officers with a valid insurance card. As such, he was immediately arrested and charged with misdemeanor false impersonation on top of other traffic infractions.

This is the newest legal drama Emanuel has faced. Tattoo artist Alex Robinson sought legal counsel to sue the shop’s leader for physical, emotional and financial damages stemming from a prior physical altercation. During season 7 of the VH1 series, Emanuel and his cousin Teddy Ruks physically assaulted Robinson following months of an online-back-and-forth.

“Why y’all f–king playing with me,” Emanuel told Robinson and girlfriend Donna Lombardi as he approached them. “Y’all got something to say to me?”

Ruckus hit Robinson from behind and then Emanuel punched the tattoo artist. Things further went sideways once Lombardi tried to defend her boyfriend by putting Emanuel in a chokehold.

The scuffle was broken up by security, but it was too little too late. Robinson ultimately sued Emanuel after he suffered permanent injuries — including “severe” tissue damage — from the brawl that led him to undergo weeks of physical therapy.

Robinson and Emanuel have since settled their differences, but the former’s lavish vacation in May had fans wondering if he also scored a big monetary settlement from the litigation.

“When that settlement check hit 😂! that payout was good huh?”

“I see ya big pimping 😂 that’s Ceas money make his a– pay!!!”

“Bro livin his best life💯 I see that b—h ceezzzz final paid up it looks run it.
