The countdown to Cole’s delivery begins since she’s literally days away from welcoming her unborn son. She took to her Instagram story this past week with a photo of an iridescent screensaver with a paragraph reading, “Feeling drained today. Five days away from delivery!!! Gonna rest and take some time alone and just breathe.”
Cole, 37, also mentioned she was experiencing “Braxton Hicks,” which are false contractions.
She also posted a photo of her and her biological mother Frankie. The pair apparently had a rocky relationship with each other in the past due to Frankie’s multiple drug relapses. Cole’s photo with her mother and updated baby announcement left fans throwing fits of glee.
“Keyshia is about to bust any day now! lol but its glad to see her and Frankie come together! Love them 😘.”
“Yayyyy I can’t wait!!😍 I love all your music u are a amazing woman and congratulations on your lil one to come ❤️💯.”
“Congrats on being a mommy again and may your delivery go smooth 🙏🏽🙏🏽
your baby boy will be here before you know it! Sidenote: happy to see u n Frankie back on tv.”
Less than a week ago, the “Let It Go” singer announced she’d be making her way back to reality television with a baby special on BET. She shared a photo of herself, her partner Khale, 23, and her son Daniel Gibson Jr., 10, being filmed while shopping at a baby goods store.
“Had a awesome FIRST WEEK OF FILMING 😩 KEYSHIA COLE IS COMING BACK TO BET!!!!!” she wrote. “Lots of Fun and LAUGHTER…”
Frankie and Cole’s adoptive mom Dr. Yvonne Cole, are slated to star on the series. There’s no word on whether her sister Neffeteria “Neffe” Pugh will appear on the show.
The four-time Grammy Nominate artist lastly appeared on VH1’s “Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood” in 2017 with estranged husband and former NBA player Daniel Gibson. Details, such as the premiere date of her new, series has yet to be released as she remains just days from delivering her baby boy.
Cole first announced she was pregnant for a second time in May. She confirmed she was having a son weeks later.
