The four-time Grammy nominated artist became a trending Twitter topic Wednesday evening, after a meme compilation of her past hit singles ranking from “Heaven Sent,” “I Remember,” “Shoulda Let You Go,” “Let It Go” and “Last Night” showed her powerfully singing “hey.”
The post read, “You knew s–t was getting heavy when Keyshia Cole hit y’all with the ‘heeeeyyyy!'”
Cole, who cried tears of laughter, reposted the clip on her Instagram and commented, “#IssaWord Shout out to EVERYONE tryna heal from things UNSPOKEN! They HEEEEEEYS WERE EPIC 😂😩😂😩.”
Her post received over 278,000 views and a mass of fans remarks.

Lately, the 37-year-old singer, mother of one and current mother-to-be has been the talk of social media.
Besides news of her pregnancy practically breaking the Internet in May, she followed up this week with the announcement of her BET baby special. Cole will be making her way back to reality television after last appearing on VH1’s “Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood” in 2017.
