The Reported Reason Why Apollo Nida Is Back In Prison Has the Public Collectively Shaking Their Heads

It only took nine days for Apollo Nida to return back to prison after his early release two weeks ago. Now, it’s being reported that there’s a specific rule of the half-way house he broke.

Nida, who was imprisoned on charges of conspiring to commit mail, wire and bank fraud in 2014, was released from his eight-year sentence at the New Jersey’s Fort Dix Correctional Facility on June 4.

Phaedra Parks‘ ex-husband was sent back to prison on June 13 and The Blast reported it was because of a rule that he violated in the Philadelphia half-way house he resided in. Sandra Rose has since reported he allegedly had “intimate relations” there. It was one on the list of rules Nida reportedly had to follow. Now, it’s said that Nida could now remain imprisoned until his original release date of October 15, 2019.

According to the Washington, D.C. non-profit advocacy organization Families Against Mandatory Minimums, half-way houses provide more freedoms than prisons. But along with rules, they still have certain restrictions, including curfews.

Upon news emerging that authorities put Nida back into the slammer, his fiancée Sherien Almufti tore into a parole officer. She seemed to point the finger at the PO for her betrothed being put behind bars again.

“They can’t stop us babe!!! For those who are confused @apollonida03 didn’t violate a goddamn thing. Another crime against a black man in the system. Jealously is a disease and his PO will die mad!! 🤷🏼‍♀️,” she captioned a June 14 Instagram photo of her hugging her fiancé.

Meanwhile, fans shared their thoughts on the supposed reason behind Nida’s revoked freedom.

“Smh 🤦🏾‍♀️ lord why this man just couldn’t hold out until he was clear.”

“He tried to get him some tail before he got to the halfway house. Should’ve went straight there.”

“It was probably due to an ‘improper’ intimate relationship within the halfway house or something he did. My ex was in a fed halfway house and I visited him plus ppl are married and have relationships and can kiss or whatever. So its something he did.”

“That’s crazy but he was stupid. I wouldn’t violate for anything.”
