‘Come Thruu Abs!’: Fans Lose Control Over Angela Simmons’ Banging Fit Body

Angela Simmons is proudly showing off her hard work in the gym.

It’s no secret the “Growing Up Hip Hop” star is addicted to fitness and believes in staying in shape. This week she took to her Instagram feed and posted a photo of herself at the gym, showcasing her fit physique.

In her Nike yoga pants and sports bra, Simmons posed bare-faced in front of an overhead press used for weight training. Flexing her abs, she wrote in her caption Tuesday evening, “Whatever I’m going to do … it’s keep going 💪🏽 #RegardlessIGotThis #BNB #builtnotbought @purpose_app #WalkingInMyPurpose.”

“As soon as my doctor gave me the clearance in, like, two weeks to do it, I’m like, OK, I’m going to work out. So, I started my yoga,” she told “The Real” during an interview in 2016.

Simmons said she’s also dealt with her weight fluctuation since having her son, adding that it’s a struggle some days to work out.

“I have to constantly find my inner strength in me to work for what I want,” she revealed on Instagram in August 2017. “I have watched my body go up and down in weight . I gained in different areas .. it’s such a different battle after child bearing . Weight doesn’t drop as quick . It takes true dedication and strength to lose it !!”

Simmons currently directs a health and fitness program called “BNB,” which stands for “Built Not Bought.” It was created to help women achieve the mindset that they desire along with their fitness goals.
