When Wendy Williams announced last month that she was finally divorcing her husband of more than two decades following his mistress reportedly welcoming their love child, fans rejoiced. Now, however, they’re worried about new rumors that the talk show host doesn’t actually have any real plans to divorce her husband after all.
The comments came under a new photo Williams posted on her official Instagram page Monday.
“Up to thangs!!!” Williams captioned the May 20 photo snapped at Hudson Yards in New York.
Many fans applauded her happy-go-lucky spirit.

But others wanted answers to claims that Williams may be trying to work things out with Kevin Hunter, who is said to have carried out an affair for over a decade with Sharina Hudson. Hudson was later rumored to have given birth to the alleged couple’s baby in late March.

“Word on the curb is that you’re not divorcing, and you’re still romantically involved with ‘dude.’ At least that’s what @therealunwinewithtashak said. It’s not my business but, say it ain’t so. I’m rooting for you either way 😕”

The rumors emerged from YouTube user unWinewithTashaK. The video blogger claims Williams is secretly saving her marriage to her one-time manager, despite axing him as an executive producer on “The Wendy Williams Show” and dissolving the nonprofit Hunter Foundation, which Williams launched with Hunter.
“You won’t find any records of a divorce or anything pending a divorce or anything filed as such from Wendy Williams-Hunter and Kevin Hunter because these two are still together,” Tasha K says in the May 17 video before asking when she’s ever said anything about the talk show host that turned out to be false.
Tasha K asserts that a source told her the estranged spouses are still seeing one another and is showing off a new, happy outlook in order to save her talk show. She also claims Williams is staying at a Manhattan apartment with Hunter, who slips in and out of it in disguise. Meanwhile, Tasha claims the source informed her Hunter’s mistress has been “shipped off” to the Dominican Republic.
Previously, the Daily Mail reported that Hudson and Hunter moved out of their Morristown, New Jersey, home last year and Hudson moved into “a very nice apartment in Manhattan [Hunter] pays for.”
