Wendy Williams Estranged Husband Kevin Hunter Reportedly Requesting Alimony and Child Support

Kevin Hunter, Wendy Williams‘ estranged husband, has filed his response to Williams’ divorce request, and he’s seeking alimony.

TMZ secured the legal documents, and the amount Hunter is looking for is said to be an incredibly high amount. Not only that, he wants Williams to pay child support for their 18-year-old son Kevin Jr. and take care of his college tuition as well.

Hunter was served with divorce papers on April 11 on the set of “The Wendy Williams Show” where he was executive producer. He’s since been ousted from that role and fired as Williams’ personal manager. She’s since hired famed TV producer Bernie Young to represent her, according to a recent Page Six report.

News of the split came amid longtime rumors of Hunter cheating and being physically abusive towards Williams. He’s also been linked to a woman named Sharina Hudson, who delivered a baby in March and Hunter is said to be the father.

Then shortly after Hunter was served, he broke his silence and didn’t deny the cheating allegations.

“I am not proud of my recent actions and take full accountability and apologize to my wife, my family and her amazing fans,” he wrote. “I am going through a time of self-reflection and am trying to right some wrongs.”

The split also came shortly after Williams admitted to living in a sober facility for addiction, and once done the former radio host said she’d be creating a whole new life for herself and Kevin Jr.

Williams also said she’s received a call from her former radio sidekick Charlamagne Tha God since the split, and they planned to go to dinner together. This was after years the two weren’t speaking to each other, which Charlamagne said had everything to do with his strained relationship with Hunter.
