A throwback photo of Blaque singer Shamari DeVoe has fans thinking she looks a lot like 21-year-old model Jordyn Woods.
The newest star of Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” is pictured in box braids, some of which are held up in a scrunchie and styled in a half-up-half-down ponytail. The perfectly 1990s look indicated the pic was snapped when DeVoe was in her teen years before she broke out with her girl group in the last year of the decade. The final year of the 20th century marked the time when Blaque burst onto the scene with songs like “808” and “Bring It All to Me.” The next year would see DeVoe land her first movie role with fellow band members Brandi Williams and the late Natina Reed in the cult classic teen cheerleader comedy flick “Bring It On.”
“#ShamariDeVoe servin’ Poetic Justice braids back in the day! 😍 #RHOA,” the photo was captioned on the “RHOA” fan Instagram account that shared the photo from Bravo’s “Before They Were Famous” gallery.
A few fans remarked about how not much had changed for DeVoe from then to now.

And several followers felt the star resembled Woods, whose fame was sent into overdrive last month when she was accused of cheating with her best friend Kylie Jenner’s sister Khloé Kardashian’s now ex-boyfriend, Cleveland Cavaliers star Tristan Thompson.

This is not the first time DeVoe has been mixed up with another celebrity. When she uploaded a shot sporting fiery red hair in December 2018, several fans remarked that she looked a lot like fellow ’90s hitmaker and present-day R&B crooner Monica.
