Nene Leakes is thinking two of her “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” co-stars are trying to kick her off the show to get Kenya Moore back on the program.
The star made the admission on Twitter on Tuesday, March 12, confirming what a Twitter user said.
“It seems like they’re trying to get @NeNeLeakes off of #RHOA in order to bring back Kenya. Let me say this: If @NENELeakes leaves #RHOA her fans will leave with her!
She’s been there since Day One! Her shade is legendary! Bravo needs to tread lightly!” @AvisGra77415781 tweeted the night before.
In response, Leakes quote tweeted the message and added, “The 2 weak chicks who she’s in an alliance with is for sure but it won’t work hunni! I said, it won’t work hunni.”
She added in a since-deleted follow-up tweet that she is “a strong woman! Always hav been but i am also human! In fact, I’m just like a Well. I give out all the water and when i need some, The Well is dry 🤷🏽♀️ #lifeofnene.”
It didn’t take long for fans to begin speculating about whom Leakes could be referring to in her first tweet. The star made headlines for unfollowing all but two of her cast mates. Kandi Burruss and Leakes’ former bff Cynthia Bailey were among the ones she stopped keeping up with.
Many fans figured those two were the “weak chicks” who are pushing for Leakes’ exit to get new mom Moore back on “RHOA.”

As for why fans pointed their collective fingers at Burruss and Bailey, the ladies have all been close, having recently gone on a couples date night with Moore and their men over the weekend. On “Watch What Happens Live” Sunday, Bailey said her “relationship is great” with the “RHOA” alum.
And it is. The star was even one of the first from the cast to see Moore’s baby girl, Brooklyn. She told Bravo last year of the infant, “I’m happy to be an auntie. She’s really sweet. I can’t wait to babysit her.”
Similarly, Burruss also caught an early glimpse of Moore’s little girl and was even deemed one of Brooklyn’s aunts by Moore herself.
“@kandi and @cynthiabailey10 @Todd 167 and @noellerobinson came to check on their niece just days after we got home.i just love @acewellstucker giant smile,” Moore disclosed on her Instagram page in December.
