Fans Concerned Angela Simmons’ Fitness Regimen Has Affected Her Curves: ‘Please Don’t Get Any Slimmer’

Angela Simmons, daughter of DJ Rev Run, appears to be slimming down, although fans think her body is “perfect.”

The 31-year-old mother is known for fitness dedication, and some of her latest photos  make her look like she might be losing weight. She took to Instagram on March 5 and shared an image highlighting her casual fashions. She sported a white utility coat by Fashion Nova, a distressed T-shirt and a pair of distressed jeans with white ankle booties. She captioned the photo of her chic-yet-relaxed fashion style, “It’s simple 💭.’

The T-shirt Simmons donned cinched at her waist and accentuated her apparently slimmer physique. However, she’s known for her naturally curvy body and fans warned her about seemingly losing more weight.

“Pls don’t get smaller,” one fan wrote underneath Simmons’ image. “Love ya thick 🍑 .”

“You look so skinny in the face, I hope you’re okay,” another fan stated.

“👀🤔 You are slimming down Hunty!!!!! But please don’t get any slimmer,” another person cautioned the star.

Others fawned over the “Growing Up Hip Hop” star’s snazzy look.

“Her style is untouchable ❤️.”

“Gosh I love her 😍 and now I have to get those white boots!”

As far as Simmons’ appearance, the star said she loves her body, curves and all. She’s even created a program called “Built Not Bought” to empower women who may be suffering from low self-esteem like she once did.

In June 2018, she opened up about her past existing body issues she dealt with as a teenager.

“I didn’t embrace my curves because I was so young, ” she told the Breakfast Club. “I kind of had a little journal I would write in and I would always be like, ‘I think I look like this.’ And I had a little diagram and I would draw this big person and then draw myself skinny. Like, draw the person I want to be, skinny.”

Simmons has however grown to love the skin she’s in and said loving herself is a work in progress.

“Loving myself just as I am is very important,” she wrote Loving myself just as I am. Everyday is a new day. Some days a I want a flatter stomach , some days I want my arms to be cut up. … The biggest lesson I have learned is being content with who I am,” she wrote in a Instagram post in May 2018 while posing in her underwear.
