Erica Mena Issues Obliterating Comeback to Non-Fan Who Disses Her Relationship With Safaree

Love and Hip Hop” star Erica Mena made it clear on social media that she won’t allow anyone to attack her relationship with Safaree Samuels.

Both Mena and Samuels have dealt with criticism from fans who feel their coupledom is just for show, but it hasn’t deterred the couple from still sharing their love with the rest of the world.

The 31-year-old model shared a sweet photo of her and her fiancé donning almost identical outfits for Valentine’s Day. The couple wore white sweatshirts with drawings of each other’s face printed on them. They also donned matching black pants and sneakers.

In Mena’s Instagram caption, she professed her love for her soon-to-be husband by writing, “Every little inch of my body is in love with you, with everything that you are.”

She continued, “I’ve been waking up, wondering how I ever deserved you, but the answer is simple: we belong together. @iamsafaree ♥️.”

One fan in particular attacked Mena and Samuels’ relationship by saying the couple will be destined to break up.

“Relationships like these don’t last 😂😂,” the critic commented underneath the photo.

Mena who apparently had no time for negativity, fired back at the person and replied, “Sorry your father never came back home. Chin up homie!”

“I actually hope they make it 💯 I mean they both seem happy let em live.”

“Bloop! Good comeback 😂 I like these two together. She looks happy af, hate for what💁🏽‍♀️.”

Mena and Samuels are prepping for their wedding. The two got engaged in December 2018 on Christmas Eve after the New York rapper proposed at her Atlanta home with a $175,000 14-carat diamond ring. The pair say they have already set their wedding date in stone, although Samuels didn’t share the details with fans.

In a recent interview with People Chica on Thursday, Mena described Samuels as having an “incredible spirit” and said she’s really met her match.

“Just really showing what an incredible man he is and how really he was raised and how he’s just so intuitive and such, uh, a hopeless romantic,” she said. “I’m dreaming.”

The pair first met during VH1’s reality show “Scared Famous” in 2017. Samuels said he knew that Mena was the woman for him after doing the show together.

“I would say I Can’t believe it but i prayed for this and God always answers my prayers,” Samuels said.
