Kenya Moore didn’t let her birthday trip stop her from keeping up with her fitness regimen.
“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum uploaded a photo posing in her fitness belt, which has helped keep her belly flat and has reduced the swelling she experienced after giving birth in November. A similar version of the belt can be purchased online.
“👋 Hey I’ve been wearing my @jsculptfitness belt for some time and I’m loving it!
I’m focused on getting back to my pre-baby weight and I love wearing it while I workout and even when doing yoga,” Moore said of her gym accessory. “It’s really comfortable and allows me to do everything without feeling restricted. If you’re looking for a fitness belt this is the one you should try! Use my code KMSCULPT20 for 20% off your belt today.” #jsculptfitness #workout #fitnessbelt.”
Several fans responded in praise, and others took it as a sign they needed to get their bodies in shape.
“Kenya your body has bounced back nicely.”
“Kenya u look great.”
“You are beautiful and look great after baby chlie 💯❤️❤️”
“This is confirmation, that I need to quit playing and invest in one 🙌🏾”
Moore was first spotted with the belt on Jan. 7 when she posted a video on her Instagram page of her strutting up her staircase and doing workouts like leg lifts and bicycle crunches.
At first glance, it may seem as if the fitness accesory appeared have helped her snap back into envious form just three weeks after giving birth to baby Brooklyn Doris Daly.
“#3weekspostpartum #47yearoldsnapback #Csection #teamnosleep” Moore wrote in November. “The SnapBack is real! 🙈👀😝😊LOL I still can’t work out yet but I feel much better. I was cut twice during my 3 hr C-section but I made it!. I’ve always been healthy and worked out my entire life…whatever my body will do I’m not rushing it. It feels good to start to feel myself again. #brooklyndaly is worth every battle scar! #myangel #miraclebaby #motherhood #love #family.”
However, while the belt certainly can be attributed as helping her get bikini-ready for her birthday last week, Moore disclosed to Dr. Oz that her initial massive postpartum weight loss was largely due to dropping 40 pounds of water weight.
“I had a c-section, so I couldn’t really stand up, I obviously couldn’t work out or do anything like that,” she said. “I was a workout person before. I took care of my body and I … just snapped back after, like, two weeks.”
