Shocking details of rapper Waka Flocka‘s marriage to his wife Tammy Rivera recently came to light during the We Tv series “Marriage Boot Camp: Hip Hop” edition.

Waka stopped by Atlanta Black Star on Tuesday to spill the tea about the explosive situation with his wife.

“I just woke up with it in my face,” the rapper told ABS. “She bucking and s–t and I’m like ‘put this s–t down, stop talking to me with a gun in your hand.'”

Waka couldn’t recall the exact reason why Rivera drew the firearm on him, but believes his wife had no actual intentions of pulling the trigger.

“I don’t think she was going to do it to hurt me. … She did it like ‘brah chill out love me,'” he added.

He said Rivera was hurt by his “disrespectful” actions including his prior infidelities.

In April of 2018, a sorority student of the University of Arkansas claimed she and Waka were “definitely” hooked up inside of her dorm room. She also took to Twitter and posted shirtless photos of the rapper.

Although Waka did not directly address the 2018 alleged scandal, he briefly went into detail about he and Rivera’s discussion about his affairs.

“[She was] like ‘I love you … why are you disrespecting me?’ [and] I had no solid answer,” Waka said.

He continued by saying that he felt his behavior was “normal” until he realized how deeply they affected Rivera.

However, the couple managed to work through their relationship woes. He told ABS that his wife has changed him for the better.

“She helped me make better decisions and that’s what I love about her. She became a friend,” he added. “She fought it out with me. … That’s my woman, it’s not for me to brag about or talk about.”

The “Hard In Da Paint” musician also talked about his and Rivera’s experience on the new season of “Marriage Boot Camp.”

“They played us,” the rapper said. “We all pulling up in the cars, big house. … They got alcohol, you drinking then poof the judge pops up. … there’s no tv. Then you have real professionals talking to you, not somebody the station just hired to act like a judge, no this is a real judge.”

In the We Tv series’ latest episode Waka and Rivera walked into a wrecked and damaged bedroom that mimicked the chaos in their marriage. Waka noted that when he saw the room, he thought it was “disrespectful on a whole another level.”

“I’m like ‘what the f–k what do ya’ll think this is some kids?'” he added. “But then it made sense like wow this is my life, it’s this chaotic? We just sat and thought about it and  finished talking and was like ‘yo maybe this match our life.'”

Waka and Rivera have seemingly moved past their marital drama and will be celebrating their 5-year-anniversary with an extravagant wedding ceremony. The event took place Saturday, Jan. 19, ona beach, according to Rivera.

The “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” couple tied the knot in 2014 and secretly eloped. However, for their ceremony this weekend, all of their family and friends will be present including his step-daughter Charlie.
