Reality star Kenya Moore took a trip down memory lane this week when she shared a never-before-seen photo of the moment she first held her “miracle” baby, Brooklyn Doris Daly.
“#FBF the moment my mommy first held me in her arms,” Moore captioned the touching photo. “She said I was an angel she always prayed for. And it was the happiest day of her life.”
“I recognized my mommy’s heartbeat and mommy and daddy’s voice, and then I stopped crying,” she added.
The former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star and her husband, Marc Daly, welcomed their baby girl in November via an emergency cesarean section after experiencing a complicated pregnancy. The first-time mom has spent the last few months gushing over her little mini-me, and so have her fans.
“That is beautiful. So happy for you that your dream came true of having a baby,” one fan commented on the photo. “You are going to be the best mother to your child, it is obvious just by your photos. In your eyes show all the love you have for her.”
“How beautiful is this pic of you Kenya with your little angel,” another chimed in. “Love it, makes me smile.”
“I’m just a nobody, but I’m soo happy for you boo!” another wrote. “Thought you were in that drama, but you were in your dreams. I’m all here for it. Beautiful baby!”
Earlier this week, Moore made it clear she was ready to get her pre-baby body back. The 47-year-old posted a video of herself sporting a waist-trainer and strutting up the stairs in her home, giving fans a glimpse into her body and fitness goals.
Moore will likely be sweating in out in the gym over the next few weeks, getting her mommy body in shape just in time for her birthday on Jan 24.
