Whitfield, who’s a former RHOA actress, celebrated her 49 birthday on January 2nd. Burruss took to Instagram on Thursday, January 3 and sent her ex Bravo colleague some birthday love in an endearing post.
“I’m a little late but it’s still @shereewhitfield’s Birthday on the west coast,” the Xscape singer wrote in her photo caption of Whitfield. “Happy Birthday Beautiful!!! I hope you had an amazing day today.”
Burruss also encouraged fans to “give Sheree some bday love!”
“Happy Birthday Sheree @shereewhitfield 🍾celebrate well,” one fan wrote.
“We miss you❤️ hope everything is well hugs and kisses,” another added.
However, Burruss’ sweet post to Whitfield almost spiraled out of control after others demanded the 49-year-old star never return back to RHOA.
“She is a snake … No story line. No hustle. Tired as hell. But happy birthday to her.”
“Happy Birthday Boo but please don’t come back! They are fine without you carrying bones. Ijs.”
“Don’t need no bone carrier back. Keep her bragging ass off. In the words of NeNe fix your body. She has no loyalty to no nobody but Kim.”
Whitfield officially departed from the RHOA in 2018 after making her last appearance on the show during season 10. Folks speculated that she was fired from the Bravo series, but she quickly shut down those rumors by saying she “declined” the low offer amount presented to her.
“Currently living my best life… Was not interested in entertaining the low ball offer that was sent. Know ur worth,” Whitfield responded to a fan in her Instagram story when asked if she was coming back to RHOA.
The 49-year-old was one of the original cast members of the Bravo series since premiering in 2008. She remained on the show for four consecutive seasons before going on hiatus during season 5. She fully rejoined the cast for seasons 9 & 10 starring alongside Burruss, NeNe Leakes, Porsha Williams, Kenya Moore, Phaedra Parks and Kim Zolciak-Biermann.
