Kandi Burruss was among the many stars who stepped out in Atlanta Saturday night for the 35th annual UNCF Mayor’s Masked Ball and while her photo op with husband Todd Tucker was sweet, fans quickly took notice of her feet and footwear instead.
“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star showed her support for the fundraising gala aimed at raising awareness for “the need and benefits of a college education, the students UNCF serves and the contributions of historically black colleges and universities,” according to the event’s web page.
“Out with my Honey @todd167! 😍 #MayorsBall2018,” the singer captioned a snapshot of herself and her Old Lady Gang partner.
Initially, fans applauded the snappy couple.
“So cute💜i luv these 2 rite here. Luv yall Kandi😘”
“#BlackLove..it’s real..”
“The HEAD of the household and her husband.”
“Fine and Dandy😍”
“Yall look so good together. Beautiful…”
“Love you both good looking couple.”
“You both look amazing that dress is everything love the look love me some y’all keep praying and keep pushing God got something good for y’all ❤️❤️💯💯💞💞😘😘”
But when Burruss set foot into the Atlanta Marriott Marquis’ Atrium Ballroom Dec. 15, fans zeroed in on, well, her feet.
“Love it😍 but your feet 👣screaming by the looks of it😘”
“Y’all look amazing! But Kandi them shoes make yo feet look like they screaming in pain!”
“Kandi you too cute but those shoes are hurting my feet looking at them…how do u do it girl?”
“Beautiful dress but her feet throw off every look. They always look swollen or like her shoes are too small.”
“Kandi did u check your feet before u left the house. Apparently not! U are wearing the hell out of that dress and it looks good on u.”
“You both are good, but the photographer needs to use a different angle. Also I agree with the feet looking stressful. Overall beautiful couple.😍”
The singer later switched out her high heels for a pair of black flats.
