Atlanta Black Star previously reported that Cardi B and Offset parted ways, and it may or may not have to do with an accusation that the Migos member tried to set up a threesome with the rapper Cuban Doll and another woman.
This is according to Cuban’s former best friend, who said Offset texted that unknown woman and invited her, as well as Cuban, to New Orleans to make things happen. Offset said he’d fly both women out, but the “Racks Up” rapper had a show in Milwaukee on that day, so she couldn’t make it.
“I want you and Cuban, can you make that happen?” one of Offset’s supposed messages read. Cardi was eight months pregnant at the time.
“Yes,” the woman replied.
“I go to New Orleans tomorrow,” Offset shot back. “I’ll fly y’all.”
“She got a show in Milwaukee Saturday, so she ain’t gon’ be able to,” wrote the woman.
Cuban’s former friend also posted a screenshot of Offset video-calling Cuban and tagged Cardi in the process, which made the “Bad and Boujee” rapper respond.
“I never tried to convo with you hoes cap cap cap,” he wrote. “Leave me and my fam out out the cap.”
But just when it looked like Offset’s denial would go unchallenged, an Instagram model named Summer Bunni outed herself and said she’s been sleeping with the rapper while he was married. She also issued a tearful apology to Cardi for ruining her marriage,
Plus, TMZ alleges that Summer is the woman Offset was communicating with about the threesome with Cuban Doll, but that hasn’t been confirmed.
“I have not messed with Offset since he had his baby,” Summer explained. “I didn’t know how serious this marriage was. I kind of read. I kind of see things. It took until today to actually get into this, seeing everything.
Summer then said she refuses to gloat about taking Offset from Cardi and she feels horrible about their split.
“I feel ashamed,” she said in tears. “Just coming from me and to like Cardi B and her fans and her family and her situation, these were never my intentions and I never wanted to break up a happy home or be the cause of someone just saying like, ‘F— it,’ to get a divorce or anything like that.
“I haven’t spoken to Cardi B, but I want her to know that I’m a very genuine person,” added Summer in a separate clip. “I’m not here to break up her family or mess up what she has going on with her husband. I am very sorry this has happened, and I’m very sorry that I didn’t think about my worth as a young lady.”
As for the split between Offset and Cardi, she didn’t mention anything about her husband being unfaithful, she just said they fell out of love.
“I’ve been trying to work things out with my baby father for a hot minute now,” explained Cardi on video. “And we’re really good friends and you know we’re really good business partners, and you know he’s always someone that I run to to talk to and we got a lot of love for each other.”
“But things just haven’t been working out between us for a long time,” she continued. “It’s nobody’s fault … I guess we just grew out of love. But we’re not together any more. I don’t know, it might take time to get a divorce.”
