Nene Leakes simply wanted to promote some appeal at her store in Duluth, Ga., but what she walked into instead was some speculation about her appearance.
Leakes, who owns Swagg Boutique, posed in two pieces from the shop — a rainbow-colored sequin jacket and her signature camouflage pants.

Several fans applauded her outfit.

But others focused more on her face, which they thought looked different.
“Damn.. what happened to you.”
“The filters 😂🤣🤣 way to many! I’m dying!”
“Na uh Queen, you need a new photographer.”
“Wow!! what app do they use her skin does not look real.”

The “RHOA” OG is no stranger to speculation about her face changing.
In July a fan criticized her for apparently looking “plastic” and begged her not to get any more work done.
“You crazy b—–!,” Leakes replied as she tore into the Instagram user. “I work daily. When do I have time for surgery? I’m the type of b—- that will tell you what I have done and when! So stop with the s—s! The same b—-es pages you go to telling them they’re pretty are the ones getting EVERYTHING done.”
And it’s true that Leakes has been an open book when it comes to the procedures she’s had over the years, specifically the numerous nose jobs she’s had since starting on the hit Bravo series 10 years ago.
“I didn’t get a full rhinoplasty the first time,” Leakes told, “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” in 2016. “No, when I did the first time, I only had my nostrils taken in on the side the very first time, and then this time, I had more cartilage moved around in my nose.”
