Ciara Catches Wakanda’s Attention with Halloween Costume

Ciara got into the Halloween spirit by stepping into the world of Wakanda and got approval from one of the fictional nation’s own.

Looking fierce as she gazed into the camera in her cinched up ‘fit, CiCi looked practically identical to Lupita Nyong’o’s Nakia from the hit Marvel film “Black Panther.”

“Wakanda Forever. #BlackPanther. Nakia @lupitanyongo #HappyHalloween,” Ciara, who was set to perform her new single “Dose” at a Bacardi event, captioned the quick Tuesday, Oct. 30, clip.

Fans readily praised the costume.

“U ain’t have no right to snap like this 😍”

“Bad!!! Let’em know CiCi! 🔥🔥”

“WOAH. This is an incredible costume. She bodied your character!!! She is doing her thing! Beautiful, classy, intelligent and talented! Loving the last 2 singles and videos! And both Level Up and Dose have positive and uplifting vibes.”

“Ciara look good af! Bihhh lemme know that prayer and mua !!! Come through Wakanda princess. It’s called makeup, I’ve seen people completely transform their face to look like someone else with completely different features. Cheekbones and a slimmer nose is beyond possible with makeup.”

“WAKANDA FOREVER! Someone needs to put Ciara in the next Black Panther movie!”

“Damn lucky as Russell. Halloween is canceled. Ciara won. Goodnight. She needs to be acting! I could see her as the black Angelina Jolie ijs. First of all, this ain’t fair; they don’t sell this at target… second of all you look beautiful…Cici doing it, doing it and doing it well for 2018.”

“Not fair!! Y’all Hollywood people can afford to get that costume 100% correct…you have connections! You know people! Looks awesome though👌🏽💗”

And then, Cici got approval from perhaps the only person whose opinion mattered, Nyong’o herself.

“And EVER EVER! UNREAL!!!!!!!” the actress commented.

Nyong’o also shared the clip on her own Instagram page writing in the caption, “My Wakanda Knots have unraveled! @Ciara #BlackPanther #Hallowakanda.”
