Rapper Joseline Hernandez is spittin’ new bars and fans are less than impressed.
The former “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” star posted a video to Instagram on Friday touting her rap skills as she rehearsed poolside for her upcoming performance on WeTV.
“When your manager @kingdomlos got you doing Rehearsals under the sun ☀️ to get ready for [your] performance in front of millions millions millions of people on @wetv 😩😩😩😩😩😩 #SLAY” she captioned the clip, as she pranced around in a bikini and bright pink thigh high boots.
Fans weren’t feeling the Puerto Rican Princess’ new song, however, and dubbed her the “Walmart brand of Cardi B.”
“I’m sorry but this song succkkkssss!!” one person wrote.
“You’re never in-tuned with the beat!,” another chimed in. “It’s too frustrating to listen to you.”
One critic urged the reality star to abandon her music career altogether, writing, “let it go.”
“Joseline, you are beautiful, have a quick wit, I respect your grind,” another user agreed. “But I really think your time should be focused on something else, like a scripted comedy sitcom, model. Seriously anything besides rap! 😟”
Hernandez not only received flak for her rap skills, but was recently slammed for promoting health and fitness after admittedly having plastic surgery. The rapper’s round rear end was the topic of discussion as fans debated whether it was natural or not. Some blasted her 21-day fitness challenge and argued her body was mostly “silicon and fat.”
Hernandez seems unfazed, however, as she currently stars in her own reality show “Joseline Takes Miami,” on WeTV.
