Jennifer Williams’ Saga with Ex-Boyfriend Tim Norman Isn’t Over Yet

Tim Norman wants to know exactly what his ex-girlfriend Jennifer Williams said about him in the investigation into an alleged physical altercation between him and a former worker at  Sweetie Pie’s.

Documents obtained by The Blast Tuesday, Oct. 2 say the “Welcome to Sweetie Pie’s” star wants prosecutors to hand over “any and all written or recorded statements of any witness” in the case against former Pie’s chef Horace Hodges.

Jennifer Williams is the sole witness in the case as she was at the St. Louis soul food restaurant when the alleged incident took place.

It was reported earlier his year that Norman was hit with a misdemeanor assault charge stemming from a 2017 lawsuit from Hodges in which he alleges the former reality star punched the chef after a dispute over paychecks for other employees. Hodges filed a complaint seeking damages including impairment, mental anguish, physical disfigurement and pain when he said Norman punched him an damaged his left eye.

The “Basketball Wives” star told police  Norman told her he punched Hodges not long after the former chef left the eatery.

Norman wants prosecutors to hand over all audio, video, photos or anything his ex may have given the police when she spoke to them. He also wants all field notes from local authorities to aid in his defense.

In August, Norman was taken into a jail in Harris County, Texas jail on Aug. 23 but ultimately posted $500 bail.

A court date for Norman is scheduled for November.

This development comes after a judge declined to make the temporary restraining orders Williams and Norman had against one another permanent.
