Ciara may have a flawless body, but she shared her routine about it isn’t wasn’t easy to obtain. Ciara spoke with Cosmopolitan about how she kept her phenomenal body after the birth of her baby girl Sienna Princess Wilson in 2017.
The “Level Up” singer broke down what her daily health routine was shortly after she gave birth. “It was kind of like, wake up in the morning, breastfeed, eat a small meal, go train, come back in, breastfeed, eat another meal, go train, then come back, have another meal, and then a third training session at night,” she told the magazine.
She went on to talk a little bit more about why she chose to work out several times a day, “It was a good challenge, one I set for myself, not for anyone else. Taking care of myself makes me feel really good. And I want to keep it sexy too, you know.”
As rigorous as the singer/dancer’s workout routine was, this doesn’t come as a surprise to her fans. Ciara is known for a rocking body and she seems to always be admired for it. Back in August, CiCi shared a photo promoting her single “Freak Me” that accentuated her fit physique. “You have a perfect body , athletic and sensual , you are brilliant,” one fan said. “This is just so beautiful” another fan said.
