Harvey Levin Tries to Stump Omarosa on Why She Didn’t Leave the White House After Trump N-word Debacle

Omarosa Manigault Newman was put in the hot seat while trying to explain why she continued to work for President Trump after she believed he used racial language.

The former White House staff member conducted an interview with TMZ on Tuesday to discuss the secret recordings she speaks about in her new book “Unhinged.”

Manigault Newman recently released a conversation between her and campaigners Lynne Patton and Katrina Pierson in 2016. All three staffers can be heard discussing Trump saying the word “nigger”. Patton said the president denied using the racial slur when asked, but Manigault Newman responded back, “That’s not true.”

However, TMZ founder Harvey Levin said he was stunned trying to figure out why the former White House staffer continued to be Trump’s “fiercest supporter” after knowing he may have been guilty of using racial language.

The “Apprentice” reality star replied, “That [the 2016 recording] was following the Hollywood Access rape… Harvey if you had told me that Donald Trump said that he could grab women by the genitals and get away with it I wouldn’t have believed you.”

Manigault Newman said her trust in Trump was “shattered” and expressed that she “was on a mission to find out if, in fact, that [was] true.” She continued, “I needed to know for myself if, in fact, he said that.”

The 44-year-old’s team cut the interview short. Levin claims the former White House aide’s team was not “amused.”

The star released another audio that alleges Lara Trump offered to pay Manigault Newman a $180,000 salary to keep silent after she was fired by Chief of Staff John Kelly.
