Simmons, who gave birth to Sutton in September 2016 recently opened up about the complications of losing her baby weight. In an Instagram post to her over 5 million followers she wrote, “I stand before [you] as a woman who has had many insecurities. But not as many as you have after you bear a child. I have to constantly find my inner strength in me to work for what I want. And no, it’s not easy. Not easy when the world offers you the very quick way to alter how you look … in a blink of an eye.” A quick glance at Simmons’ IG page would confirm she’s been doing a great job staying on top on some very intense workouts.
